You may create an account by signing in with Google or Telegram. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

InstantArbitrage provides real-time cryptocurrency arbitrage detection, analytics, and related tools across multiple exchanges. The Service provides informational signals and tooling only. It does not place trades on your behalf, custody assets, manage exchange accounts, or control your funds.

• You are solely responsible for deciding whether, when, and how to act on any information shown by the Service.
• Any trades you make are made outside the Service through your own exchange accounts or other third-party platforms.
• You are responsible for complying with the terms, rules, and laws that apply to any exchange or platform you use.

• Certain features require a paid subscription. Prices and features are described on our pricing page and may change with notice.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance using supported cryptocurrencies (such as USDT or USDC). You are responsible for network fees.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has begun.

The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Cryptocurrency trading is highly volatile and carries substantial risk, including the risk of total loss. Arbitrage opportunities may disappear before you can act on them, and past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including through scraping, automated abuse, or excessive requests.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

The Service, including its software, design, text, and branding, is owned by InstantArbitrage and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that signals will be accurate, complete, or timely.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INSTANTARBITRAGE AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY TRADING LOSSES OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InstantArbitrage and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your trading activity, or your violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
